EULA - End User License Agreement

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.
Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Wieser Software Ltd. your
use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.

As with all software, this software should not be used for any illegal purposes.

Registered Version:
With the registered version, you are licensed to install and use the software on a single computer.
You may transfer your license to another user by contacting us by e-mail and informing us of
the details of the new user.

You are also entitled to download updates to the software at no additional charge from us for a period of
one year from the date of purchase,
although connection charges to the internet may apply. You will be notified of updates by
email for major updates, or you can check our website for minor updates.

Demonstration Version:
The demonstration version is time limited to 14 days. After that time, you must register the software or
uninstall it from your computer.

Disclaimer of Warranty:
This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and without warranties as to
performance or merchantability, whether expressed or implied. Any liability of the seller
shall be limited to the refund of the purchase price to the original licensee. Should you
discover a problem, please let us know by e-mail at support @ wieser-software.com, and we
will strive to put it right. In addition, suggestions about improvements are always welcome,
although we cannot guarantee that they will be implemented.
